Early Life
Among many other things, I can attribute my fascination with the natural world to my Nana and Papa. When I was at Nana and Papa’s house, everything was better.
We spent a lot of time in the garden. Papa and I used to plant crops every year and watch them grow until harvest. Planting and growing crops with my Papa is one of my fondest memories. To this day, we still get together after May 24th and do a garden together on my patio. Still saving for that farm…sigh…
My Papa always made sure I stayed interested in the natural world, whether that be through reading a bird book together each morning, or mining for ice crystals in the backyard in the winter.
I continue to learn and grow each day. Simple walks in nature have become foraging missions. Walks with my dog have become plant identification walks. I can’t wait to share all of the information I’ve learned with you.
My approach to herbal medicine is that of a vitalist. Nature is alive. It has been scientifically proven that plants communicate with one another. As such, they have medicinal properties that can assist in removing dis-ease from the body.
In a session with me, you can expect a thorough examination from top to bottom. Together, we will explore your health through the lens of natural healing.
I would love to help you learn more about yourself and assist you in finding your way back to nature. We all must remember our connection to nature is the most important one we can know. Planting our bare feet in nature, there is nothing better. Let’s walk this path together.
My Nana has always been my best friend. My confidante. I remember when I lived with my Nana and Papa during grade school, Nana used to walk me to school every day.
We would look at nature, count Monarch butterflies, and sometimes we would pick flowers and take them home to make “perfume”. Our perfume was flowers that we left to sit in water for a few days until it was “ready”.
No matter what I’ve done or where I’ve gone, these things define my life. The way my Nana and Papa raised me with wonder for the natural world shaped who I am and why I was drawn to herbalism and holistic health in general.
To this day, my Nana and Papa are my biggest fans and supporters. I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.
As I grew up, I found myself learning about holistic wellness in a variety of ways. I completed my Reiki training and became a Reiki master. I completed my yoga teacher training, as well as my Kundalini yoga teacher training. I read just about every book that I could get my hands on about every topic you can imagine.
I am still that same curious child who had to understand the motivation behind everything. I still find human behaviour to be one of the most fascinating topics.
I’ve studied many topics over the years, but the one that stuck was herbalism. It feels like it’s always been my purpose. I just didn’t know it the whole time. Every moment in my life has led me to be the exact person I need to be to help people the way I can.
Working with Me
I’m a project and launch manager for herbalists, wellness clinics, and herbal education programs. After years of managing complex, time‑sensitive launches in agency settings, I now help herbal and wellness businesses turn chaotic timelines into calm, reliable systems—all while I complete my own clinical herbal training in Ontario.
In past agency work, I was the “control tower” between creative, development, CRO, and ads teams. My job was to make sure high‑stakes launches went live on time, with clean tracking, working websites, and teams that weren’t completely burnt out by the end.
Now I bring that same structure and care to herbal and wellness spaces.
I translate fuzzy ideas—“we should launch this program,” “we need a better consult funnel,” “our site needs an overhaul”—into clear, realistic project plans with owners, milestones, and non‑negotiable “live by” dates. From there, I keep everyone moving in sync so launches go live cleanly instead of in a last‑minute scramble.
Behind the scenes, I typically:
Build a single source of truth (often in Asana or Notion), so your plans no longer live in scattered docs or people’s heads
Map and run full launch flows: offer confirmation, copy and creative, tech and booking setup, QA and tracking, promo schedule, Go / No‑Go decisions, and post‑launch cleanup
Surface risks early and offer options (adjusting scope, timelines, or resourcing) instead of last‑minute surprises
Communicate in simple, steady language—Green / Yellow / Red with clear impacts and next steps—so you always know what’s happening without needing a 40‑page report
Turn “we never want that to happen again” moments into checklists, templates, and norms that quietly prevent repeat fires
I’m also a herbal student currently completing my clinical hours, which means I understand the realities of running a practice or program in this field: scope of practice, client safety, capacity, and the emotional weight of the work.
My goal is always the same: fewer fires, more ease, and systems that support the herbal and wellness work you’re here to do.
