1. Consultations
48+ hours notice: Cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no additional charge.
Within 48 hours: Fees are non-refundable. [Optional: One courtesy reschedule within [7–14] days may be offered.]
No-shows: No refunds.
2. Digital products and courses
Due to the nature of digital products (immediate access and the ability to copy materials), all sales are final, and refunds are not offered, except at our discretion in rare circumstances.
