These Consultation Policies apply to all one-to-one services offered by Ravenstar Herbals.
1. Scope of service
Consultations are educational and wellness support. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and we do not replace medical care. Please review our Disclaimer for details.
2. What to expect

Session length: 60–90 minutes (depending on the consult you choose)
Your consultation may include:
A review of your intake information and goals
Education about herbs and supportive lifestyle considerations
A personalized plan and recommendations, as appropriate
Next steps and optional follow-up guidance
Cancellation and rescheduling
48+ hours notice: You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no additional charge.
Within 48 hours: The fee is non-refundable. You may reschedule once as a courtesy, as long as the new appointment is booked within 14 days of the original appointment date.
No-shows: No-shows are non-refundable and are not eligible for rescheduling.
If an emergency comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may still end at the scheduled time to respect other appointments. Full fees apply.
